If patients require medical treatment or advice outside surgery hours, weekends, bank or public holidays, they should contact - 028 9079 6220

Appointments
To make an appointment you should telephone the Health Centre on 02890 664634 or at reception Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5.30.

Accident and Emergency You should only attend A&E for an emergency.  During 8.30 to 6pm you should contact your GP and outside these hours, the out of hour service in the first instance. 

Results

Results are available by phoning 02890 664634 between 2pm and 3pm only.

Results and Home Visits

Results

Results are available by phoning 02890 664634 between 1.30pm and 2.30pm only. Normal results may be given out by the receptionist however some results may be referred to the nurse for discussion with you.

 

Home Visits

Should you require a home visit, please contact reception at your earliest convenience and provide full details of your condition, including a contact telephone number. Doctors will contact you by telephone and they will assess if a home visit is required.

Please remember that several patients can be seen in the practice in the time that it takes to make one home visit. There are also better facilities for examining and treating patients at the Health Centre.
