If patients require medical treatment or advice outside surgery hours, weekends, bank or public holidays, they should contact - 028 9079 6220

Appointments
To make an appointment you should telephone the Health Centre on 02890 664634 or at reception Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5.30.

Accident and Emergency You should only attend A&E for an emergency.  During 8.30 to 6pm you should contact your GP and outside these hours, the out of hour service in the first instance. 

Results

Results are available by phoning 02890 664634 between 2pm and 3pm only.

The Health Centre is open 9.00am  to 5.30 pm, with telephone availability from 8.30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.  

Our telephone lines operate from 8.30am.

Access Information

We have telephone access to a Duty Doctor for on the day medical queries and emergencies from 8.30am to 10.00am or until we reached our daily capacity, after this time and afternoons are strictly for medical emergencies only.

 

General Enquires

Please note that the telephone lines are extremely busy, therefore we asked that any non-urgent enquires be held until 11am.

Please note our Reception email is not for urgently issues/queries.  Should you have a matter than requires urgent attention - please contact the practice and discuss with a member of our administration team.  

Results

Our results line is open daily from 2.00 pm – 3.00pm

Prescription requests 

This is available Monday - Friday 8.30am - 6.00pm.   - OUR PRESCRIPTION LINE NUMBER IS 028 9068 4642.

By telephone and online - please contact the surgery to arrange for online access.  This is quick and easy to do and our reception staff will assist you.
